FENCIA FOR ENTERPRISE TEAMS
Give each AI governance decision a source and an owner.
As AI systems and teams multiply, a policy alone cannot show what was reviewed. Fencia helps organize supported documents, AI-use signals, possible findings and the people responsible for deciding what happens next.
Map the sources and permissions for your use case with the Fencia team before treating a connected workflow as production-ready.

Every AI system, in one inventory
AI governance across business units and clients, with one control
Give each business unit or client its own workspace — AI inventory, integrations, evidence, findings and readiness — and require two-step verification for everyone who opens it.

Every workspace, with its own readiness
Each workspace is an organisation or a client with its own AI inventory, integrations, evidence, findings and readiness. The portfolio shows them side by side, so you see which one needs attention.
Client workspaces never create a separate subscription

Two-step verification, required per workspace
An owner or admin can require an authenticator app for everyone in a workspace and see who has one. People without it set it up at their next sign-in; until then they reach no data, in Fencia or through the database.
Grace period from none to 30 days
Real Fencia screens from a test workspace. Names and data are fictional.
Questions enterprise and consultancy teams ask
Fencia supports a review process. It does not perform a conformity assessment, certify a management system or replace accountable teams.
Which plan covers several clients?
Consultant, at €599 a month: multi-client workspaces, reports with your brand, 25 seats and unlimited agent questions. Enterprise is sized to your organisation.
How do people sign in?
With email or Google. Owners and admins can require two-step verification for everyone in a workspace.
Where is the data processed?
AI analysis runs in the EU (Microsoft Azure, EU data zone). Before each call, emails, phone numbers, ID numbers, IBANs, cards and keys are replaced with pseudonyms.
How should we start?
With one business unit, system or document set your team can review. Check the connections, the evidence and the export before widening the scope.
Discuss the scope of your first workspace
Bring a representative system, document set and review question, and we will look at the supported workflow and its limits together.
