Findings arrive with severity, article and source. Give each one an owner and a due date, check the quote in the document and record what a person decided.

Before you review a finding

A generated passage or recommendation is not proof on its own. Evidence must be checked and confirmed, and Fencia does not keep the original uploaded document for you.

Where do findings come from?

From document and URL analyses, scheduled patrols and Shadow AI sweeps. Each one keeps its source.

Is a finding a breach?

No. It is a possible gap against a covered requirement. A person decides whether it applies, and can dismiss it with a reason.

Who is reminded, and when?

The owner is emailed when a finding is assigned, and again when its remediation becomes overdue.

Can I export the findings?

Yes: as a CSV from the list, and inside the evidence package, open and resolved separately.
