The ZIP reflects existing workspace records and may be incomplete. It is not a certification, a complete regulatory submission or a substitute for original documents.

What is in the ZIP?

A readiness summary, requirements.csv, evidence.csv, the AI inventory, open and resolved findings, the AI literacy register when you keep one, and each Annex IV document.

Which plans include it?

Starter and above.

Is it a certification or a regulatory filing?

No. It reflects the records in your workspace and may be incomplete. It is a structured starting point for an adviser, auditor or client.

What about my original documents?

Keep them outside Fencia and provide them separately when someone needs them.
